Appeal for “account is related to a different account” P.S. i dont have another acc
 

Hi, everybody. I sell on Amazon since 2016, during the last half of the year on the account there was a deduction of funds for 2 weeks, I filed an appeal for the revision of the deduction. two days later I received an email that my account is blocked ("We found that your account is related to a different account that may not be used to sell on our site").

But I never dont have Other accounts, and I called the technical support of the seller, I was told: "On the bottom of the appeal page, you will be seeing the "here" button in the section Has your account been deactivated in error?.If you believe your account has been deactivated in error, please provide an explanation. Your explanation should include the following:"
What I it is best to write and how. Do I need to attach any documents?

Hmm... Ask them if they used the same info as you.
It’s possible some one created an account und2er your info.

Otherwise, you need to still provide them with a government issued Id to prove that this account that is yours is really yours.

Who is to ask? And how exactly?!

To provide information is not a problem, this account is created on my real data!
