no solution, gotta keep submitting different information until you're lucky to run into a rep that accepts it

this is Q4 verification issues that everyone is experiencing

The problem is the utility bill request isnt truly about the utility bill.Its more about amazon billing department questioning the card type you added and the avs check not matching the address you used.People think its all about the utility bill looking legit,and they end up still getting rejected.Even some people with non edited bills get rejected.I been trying to explain to people its not all just the bill that amazon is validating.

Tried real debit card and same issue exact after 15min seller performance email about review

Just because you tried it once doesnt mean it doesnt work.I dont understand why some of you people try to write a whole book off one failure/experiment,then say oh it must not be possible for everybody just because you didnt get it right.There are multiple triggers to that suspension. Card type just being one,avs check being another.Specify ,what real debit card did you use what bank was it?I can be the first to tell most of you the utility bill suspension is triggered.It is very bypassable.The issue is yall operate under the definition of insanity,when you do the same thing over and over expecting different results. Fortunately I get the opportunity to try many different ways to make accounts. I did manage to crack the code at some point this year where I was able to make around 90 accounts in a row without getting the utility request even up to 5 months later still havent gotten it ,and all accounts are being used.

In my last attempt to create a store in September
* they successfully verified the passport and proof of address
but they are requesting a
Certified bank letter signed or stamped
and I failed ...
has anyone been through this third step ?

In october much changed now even proof of address does not pass
