Phone # to call for verification?
 

Is there a phone number you can call to see if Amazon will accept a letter from my bank (new account) verifying my account with them? They want a statement but since the account is barely two weeks old I won't have a statement for another 2 weeks or so. I tried submitting it during my account setup but they replied saying it needed to be a statement with my address & name, account #, the bank's logo and address. The account verification letter has all of this so I am wondering if a person might be able to waive that requirement (or more likely to)

Patience is good... If you need to reach customer service, you should see a contact support link on the bottom left after clicking the "help" link.

That will open a message box option with a couple different options to reach support
