Amazon blocked my account after acquiring Prime
 

Hello partners 1 week ago after adding my Payoneer card to make purchases. After a while I acquired the Prime membership. minutes later I bought 4 products to send them to different customers since I do dropshipping ... the strange thing is that then I enter my payoneer account and no amount paid to Amazon or Pending has been deducted. The next day I see my account and it tells me that I must send a statement of my Payoneer card. Log in to my account and look for the simple account statement and send it in .pdf to amazon. The next day I see that they send me a message that after reviewing my account they take the action that was suspended ...

I cannot access my account and submit the collections. I opened another account and presented my case and it has been ignored since I have not received any response.

WHAT do you mean submit your collection?
so what happens to the 4 items you dropshipped,did AMZN ship?
AMZN does not like prime members to use their account to dropship,as shipping is free/cheap,AMZN loses money helping you make money

Amazon at no time deducted the money, perhaps it was the error of having placed the shipment a gift message and encourage the buyer to rate the purchase. But the detail is how I can contact them to send them the account statement since two days ago they sent me another email asking for it and that my purchases had been rejected.
