Different Address on my Seller Central and Utility Bill
 

Hello Guys,

If my business is registered in Delaware and also it is the address on my Seller Central but it happens that I lived in Massachusetts.

Amazon asks for a utility bill, is it ok to send a utility bill that is addressed in Massachusetts?

Do they still accept it or they will automatically reject it? Thanks for the answer.

The address and name has to match with Amazon seller centre

Do you have any best advice for this? Or should I change the address on the business registered on my Seller Central first before I continue on sending the bill?

I choose Delaware on creating LLC.

How old your account, these days they are very very strict if you send bill with different address they may block your account completely

It was created last May 2019 and I didn't follow up then when it was suspended even I already sent them bills. It was the same reply from Amazon.

All your address and documents have to match each other so just keep that in mind,

if they don't match at all, it'll fail for sure.

Not too long ago you could send bills with same name but different address and it would be fine

now even having matching everything is problematic

If your shop is legit and your info is legit keep replying to their requests and eventually you should get through

Because its more about convincing amazon that your a legit business then based solely on the documents alone.You may consider me a d***,but ive been trying to tell you this for a while now.Amazon was always going down this path for document approvals of the last 3 years,yall refused to update your methods.Instead of adjusting your style you rather just tell everybody its not possible.BS.

By having the proper documents and they are verifiable...

Even then it's up to them what they decide. Their home, their rules.
