eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

So Amazon banned me, I posted something on Amazon that I had bought on Ebay, seems it was a copyrighted item. They suspended, I told them I had not a clue it was copyrighted (I didn't have a clue) but they continued to ask me to prove item I posted (not sold only posted for 2 days) was genuine. I kept telling them I bought on ebay in bulk and listed on Amazon and I would not do it again. No go, banned. I don't really care as I only made about $3000 this year on Amazon and make 18K on my ebays. My question is when will they release my funds ($250) that are on file?

was on a stealth acct? not good chance to get moneys back from ur shop since new changes. I cant get 100K from out 10 stealth shop I have suspended soon :(
