amazon blocked me from getting my fund

here is an email i got from amazon

the vcc i used for this account is purchased from 1 of these seller in this forum.
it was ok when i added it but after 14 days, i got this message from amazon.
any advise i could resolve this issue?
is there any chance that i couldn't get my money back.

OP did not say it has expired,just 14 days later,AMZN asked her to add A Valid card so it can charge it just in case!

Sounds like the VCC was cancelled.

I think my vcc was canceled and now amz cannot place a test charge to it, so they blocked my account, im goig to add another vcc to my account, see if its work.
any advise of good vcc seller here?

This is vcc issue simply replace the vcc and all will be good
