My suppliers invoices are getting rejected
 

Hi Guys! My account has been deactivated for the past 2 months for 2 inauthentic complaints. Unfortunately, I bought the merchandise from one of the biggest liquidators in the US . But had no Idea that it wasn't allowed on Amazon !! Is there a way to get my account back ? They're asking me for the authorization letter from the brand. but I don't have it. Any idea on what to do? Please advice! They are holding $5.000 USD on my account!

you will need to try to see if you can get a letter from the brand, stating you are authorized. You can even try to do it retrospectively.

Otherwise, think outside the box. Its hard to get your money at this point. But not impossible, despite what others say.

take responsibility, demonstrate you know your at fault. explain what happened

reach out to the brand and see if they can help you out based on the information you have

if they can't help you can try responding with creative invoices or go the legit route and explain to amazon the situation and that you won't make that same mistake again

how can he reach out to the brand manufacturer ,he bought it from a liquidator.
