I am dealing with a horrible deactivation where Amazon is holding $30k funds and $250K FBA inventory telling me they will destroy it in 3 days. So freaking out, I've been working with Josh with no success so far, now trying to work with CJ Rosebaum but I'm getting the same feeling - they are after the money. Can't guarantee anything, can't do anything more than what I am doing - writing appeals hoping for the best.
I got hit with IP complaints from a known brand for using their copyrighted images on listings. From there Amazon immediately held my inventory crying inauthentic, and no matter how many receipts I provide (I buy direct from the name brand's web site online) they keep refusing the receipts or simply no acknolwedging them. Not sure what the problem is but likely the information on the receipts doesn't quite match the account since it's a stealth so I assume that's creating the problem. CJ Rosebaum suggested to NOT use altered receipts as that would immediately make them destroy my inventory so nothing's working. Didn't mean to hijack this thread, just giving people heads up on Josh and CJ Rosebaum... I've used another 5-6 appeal providers in the past without much success. |
