Create new account or use existing account?

Are new brand new seller accounts being created looked at as suspicious by Amazon? A relative currently has a buyer account in good standing, but an order placed a couple of years ago on the account was using my credit card number that I also you on my personal buyer account, could that be a possible linkage?

Should the relative create a brand new account or use the same existing account and create a seller account under their current Amazon account?

amazon buyer shops that turn into seller shops may have an easier time going through verification if it has more trust
