Hello,
First of all, its my first message on the forum, i hope to feel good here!
I registred here because i kindly ask for assistance about a problem that i got in the last period with amazon, they basically suspended my account because im doing too much refunds.. Its a legit account with real info
So i appeal with an explain on ALL the refund i made and he declined.
In this days im try to send to us a plan of action and appeal letter, but i didn't get any response, what i can do?

Did your appeal cover all the issues, address all the problems?
