Amazon Suspension: Price Gouging Claim
 
Does anyone have experience with Amazon suspension. For price gouging. I sell bulk items on amazon and had the same items and pricing for about a year. All of a sudden when people start really purchasing high volumes. Amazon shuts me down and claim that Im price gouging.

I think the are confused by the fact that I am selling cases of items and not simply single unite.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

many people are getting price gouging suspensions due to Covid-19 and trying to charge extortionate prices for goods such as sanitizer, face masks etc.

you should appeal accordingly

As long as you appeal addressing the issue and how it appears you were wrongfully suspended you should have no issue being reinstated

For people that are price gouging, they may have a harder time getting reinstated

It was a very quick Pr stunt amazon had to come up with.So bots are taking out some people unfairly.Some deserve it,but I do think amazon has a over zealous nature.Grab a stealth account for now and and wait for this virus to be over before asking for your account back.

In the email they sent you they should have given you a guideline on what to do.

Essentially email them back and explain that you weren't gouging.
Then perhaps even tell them that you'll take the ASIN down for now so it doesn't happen again.

Then use a back up account to sell temporarily.
