If amazon suspends my ghost account will amazon return my money
 

I heard a lot of horror stories of Amazon not returning the money stuck in their sellers account after 90 days. I have a ghost account and I'm worried amazon won't return my funds after 90 days. Any comments and suggestions?

Whether they hold funds beyond 90 days or not depends on the reason for suspension

Potential suspension due to negative feedback or poor delivery performance due to the pandemic.

if you are not linked to any other suspended amazon account with negative balance, they will send the remaining funds in 90 days. but sometimes it takes more days.

You have to be sure about the reason for the suspension. If the reason is
High ODR than you should definitely try to appeal the decision and keep your account running. It's a different story if it was a policy or trademark violation.

Poor delivery should be OK to get your money back after 90 days.
Inauthentic/counterfeit is what normally causes the $ to get stuck.

If it's counterfeit you wont get your money back. I had 30k stuck in 3 suspended stores. Been 3 years now. No money yet.

At this point Amazon rationalizes holding your money indefinitely for any reason. Your best bet is arbitration and if you're running a ghost account with no verifiable details, you've already lost.

This reasoning shouldn't make them keep your money.
CHeck your balance every week, as long as it's there, you'll be ok

Why do you have a ghost account still? If you continue using it as a stealth account, you have NO ground to stand on if and when it comes time for arbitration.

High ODR is arguably the easiest suspension to appeal. It shouldn't be a problem

Have you considered getting a lawyer? That's a lot of money

I was have such a wonderful day. A little more than $9200 in sales within a 3 hour time frame. While I was fulfilling the orders Amazon suspended my account. I didn't know until after I had purchased 3 swimming pools a shipped them out. I hope I didn't just gift swimming pools to complete strangers today. The said they believe that 3 of my listings might be counterfeit items. And not even the items I was selling.

Can a seller complain and have another seller suspended or shut down? There were only 2 of us selling this product. Hight ticket item and I was about $300 less.
