Amazon Seller Account Deleted?
 

Hi everyone,

I couldn't log in to my Amazon seller account. It seems like Amazon deleted my account from the system.

My account was suspended for price gouging on COVID-19 related products. I successfully appealed and got the account reinstated after a few days. But bad luck, a week ago I can't log in anymore. I have tried many times sending performance, evaluation, and Jeff's email inquiring about my account status. But, no one ever got back to me. I am wondering if the account has been deleted by the internal team?

I have more than $10k remaining in my account, and products worth more than $30k storing in FBA warehouses. So should I find legal service like CJ Rosenbaum for an Arbitration against Amazon? What's the chance of getting my money and inventory back?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Your best bet is arbitration if your shop has been closed/blocked

Keep us updated I'm sure there's others here in similar situations from related products

Sucks to hear that. But I've seen cases when amazon doesn't return money if they think that your items are inauthentic.
Hopefully that's not the case for you.

Either way, it's very strange that they would delete account just for price gauging...

In this case you can order internal screenshots of the monitor of your account from an insider (from amazon employee) to find out the current status of your account, usually it costs ~$200

$200? from an "insider"? Seems sketch and cash waste

If your account information got deleted, it means you were "frauded". That means good luck getting anything back. They'll keep your money and your inventory.

Thats strange. They usually dont delete it. You might have done some mistake

What error message to you see when trying to log in, if any?
