Hi. Today I got my eBay account back after an mc011, only to get my amazon account suspended an hour after!!
I only made an amazon account a few days ago. Today I've got this message: I have a few questions which are, if you can help it would be much appreciated
1: what is the best way of getting my account back, I didn't even know I needed permission to list as I buy items from uk wholesalers for my local store.
2: cant I just request that they remove the listings ?
3: do I have to ask the brand manufacturer for a letter to say I can sell or is can I ask a supplier of the brand to write one ?
4: if I do have an invoice which I'm not sure I do. It might be older than 365 days so now what?
5: what will happen to my payment that amazon owe me if this doesnt get resolved?
6: what triggered this? Did the company complain or was it just automatically flagged? The company isn't selling it themselves but there are other 3rd party sellers.
