Account suspended right after opening
I got suspended right after opening my account. I received 1 mail That they could not charge my card(it is a debit card) and 3 minutes later I receive another mail that my account is suspended and they ask for:
1. Confirm that you have a valid credit card on file (in my account the card shows as being active)
2. Provide the following documents
A) Utility Bill, I already have that
B) Valid Business License if applicable (not sure what they mean by that, but I don’t think I need a business license.
Please help with any advice. Could the problem be that my business card is Debit, not Credit? I don’t think I can apply for a Credit card if I have no income from my business.
