Amazon request utility bill
 

Hi
This is i guess my first post here.
So a couple of month ago a created 2 amazon seller account, both approved, but the stupid thing is that i created a pro account with a vcc that was meant for individual account, so amazon tried to charge the vcc and obviously there’s no money on the card. So they suspend both accounts. And asks for utility bill for both.
I bought a vcc for pro account pay the fee for an account provided the document.
But each time i submit i receive the same reply that they don’t have enough information to reinstate the account.
I provided utility bill, cc statement, bank statement more thank 6 submission with no success.
Any idea?

you can try submitting different information in addition to what they are requesting

if you have not submitted a business license yet, that could be an option as well

you're not alone having issues with utility verification, everyone is having the same problem

they asked for business license (if applicable) but I have no idea what's is that.
I'm really tired really, more than 6 submission each time the same reply
