Amazon account - Fund Appeal - Please HELP
 

My account was suspended more than 8 months ago due to In-authenticity report.

Is there any way to have my money in my balance back? It is more than 10k in my balance.

I do not have the invoice since I do retail arbitrate.

Should I hire attorney? Does it work?

Please help me with your experience.

Ugh inauthetic suspension = money is gone.

If you log in and you look at the balance, most likely it's not there right?

Probably wouldn't be worth it.

If you're selling inauthentic items amazon leaves themselves the right to not let you withdraw the funds.
Although, it is non-sense and straight robbery -- but that how it is...

I had my account suspended last week due to an IP (counterfeit) claim from last month. The complainer was a well known law firm that test buys books and has the publisher verify it's ⊗⊗⊗⊗. So I'm pretty sure I sold a counterfeit. Everyone told me to lawyer up if I wanted to keep my account and ever see the $5k I still had sitting in my account.

In my first PoA I accepted full responsibility, explained I had NO INVOICES and new processes I would implement. No surprise..I was suspended immediately.

I went back to my PoA and revised it a bit. I assumed my account would never see the light of day again so I got drastic and said I will never sell anything in the Books category again and I deleted every single listing old and new on my account.

Two days later (yesterday) I got an email saying my seller privileges were reinstated! I couldn't believe it. One caveat. They are giving me 90 days to provide invoices and if I don't they are going to destroy my FBA inventory and keep all funds "related to the selling of this one item". In the meantime I have full access to my funds and have already withdrawn most of the money.

I'm not sure if they mean they are gonna shut me down in 90 days with no invoices? They never say that in the email. Anyway, I'm not sure if telling them I will never again sell in a category helped but just an idea. Maybe I just got lucky with the seller support agent that reviewed my appeal.

what happens if you cannot log into the account? is there a way to get the account reinstated? Now amazon says you cannot contact them via email, except you log into the account and use the contact us button.

Very difficult if the account is deleted (meaning you can't log in) - Amazon is known to keep funds....very scummy

I'm in a similar situation, they have had my money since January. Their reason was for selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but we manufacture our own products so I provided a ton of documentation for them and it wasn't enough. I literally had a binder of invoices, bank statements, ect. They don't even respond to me anymore.

I'm sure there's a lot of us here that this has happened to, class action suite maybe?
