Utility bill declined - should I enter bank / tax info before appeal?
 

I set up a personal selling account a few weeks ago. Immediately, I was asked to provide a utility bill- which was rejected. The name / address info are all real and match across credit card / business address / utility bill.

I didn't set up a bank account nor did the tax interview- should i do them before appealing my block?

This is the work of an incompetent idiot rep.

I'd get this utility bill resubmitted and contact them that it's correct first before using up bank or tax resources.

It doesnt make a difference if you dont do or do the tax and bank info first or after,most accounts ive been verified on I didnt do either until after the utility was approved,thats even if I got the utility.
Keep resubmitting ,also mention in the notes section for amazon to manually review the docs for accuracy.Its worked for me more then once.

I would just resubmit. You can make a new picture of the bill and resubmit

Everyone is facing same issue i think, accounts gets suspended as soon as you make them.

And sometimes they just say send documents but dont say which

Everyone is, when you experience higher than normal fail rates, wait a couple days and try again. We take a week off when pass rates start going bad

Especially in Q4 verifications are getting much more harder.

Patience and resilience pay off.

I submitted a utility bill earlier but have the same issue

How many times can you resend it before they refuse to accept further documents

Each time you send it you will likely reach a different rep reviewing it

But each time you do it, they will see its the 2nd/3rd/4th time you are appealing

If you're going to resend stuff multiple times just explain the issue and avoid copy/pasting the same thing

Keep sending them if its valid utility bill and hopefully it will be accepted

Wait a new year to send it these days it's not possible to pass the utility bill thing.

Does it have the name and address that matches your az account?

I realized they wanted a utility bill that matches business address and not personal address, i have resubmitted and waiting for their approval

Hi guys i got it solved, basically to pass the first suspension process you just have to scan the front and the 2nd page of your passport or the front and back if your identity card. (Put both scan copies into 1 picture)

For utility bill the address must match your business or personal address you used to signed up for the account.

I resubmitted with the right information and all documents accepted within the next day. I did also explain to the agent to check it carefully too.
