My Amazon suspension craziness
This has been my last 2 weeks. Anyone else seeing mass confusion lately with their suspensions? Something tells me I should just drain the rest of the money from my account and run the other way! lol
6/4 - Received counterfeit complaint for 1 ASIN (book).
7/12 - Received email - "Your account is under review and someone will call in 72 hours."
7/13 - Account Support calls and asks for PoA and invoices to be submitted before 72 hours expires.
7/15 - Submit first PoA explaining I have no invoices.
7/16 - Account deactivated. "You have not submitted a valid appeal."
7/17 - Submitted 2nd PoA with the added bullet point "I will no longer be selling in the book category."
7/21 - Account reinstated - Email includes "You have 90 days to submit invoices."
7/26 - Account deactivated, "You have 24 hours to provide PoA and invoices."
7/27 - Submitted appeal basically saying "But you guys gave me 90 days!" attached copy of email.
7/28 - Account reinstated - Exact email contents "
We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may sell on Amazon.com again.*
In our efforts to protect our community, we sometimes err on the side of caution. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused."
