Amazon Address Verification problem
 

Hey,

I experience the same on .de & .co.uk !
(Customer’s account)

Once I create a fresh brand new Amazon accounts and immediately place an order for sth (mainly for valuable Apple stuff >€1,500), I immediately receive address-verification email from the Account Specialist Department.

They ask for a card statement of the card used to be sent in-order to verify my full name, address & phone nr.

I’ve tried using VCCs (issued by NETELLER) , as well as real genuine debit cards issued by genuine land-base banks and the same happens to those accounts. They don’t care !!

For every accounts, I use a new:

IP
Phone nr
Device
Address
Name
Card
E-mail

Therefore, they cannot be linked, however the account specialist department just won’t open the account.

The account specialists keep sending the same auto-generated email that they were unable to verify my ownership of the MasterCard used so I have to re-send sth new for them again ... it’s insane !!

How to unlock such accounts ???!

I don’t think they read my emails, it’s just a robot messing around ...

Please help :(

Here is your problem:

High risk activity is going to get flagged majority of the time

1500€ only new account impossible
You needs to place small amount of orders ie €50max then slowely buildup

Yeah I’ve done that on genuine accounts too. With real bank issued cards and have provided the required card statement but it didn’t work!

They’ve closed the account instead, lol. Without providing the reason of the closure !! (It was .de)

That account was 3 months old, €200 spent in 6 different orders with 0 return / refund.

Once again, that account was a totally legit one under real existing people’s name w/ a real land based bank account. Every information provided was genuine but they still haven’t unlocked the account.

It now became ghosted, noone replied there. Not even the customer service team .. they only send auto generated responses too.

I was wondering if there was a real way to make the account specialist team unlock the account ? :-/

I mean, isn’t there a way to have 1000% legitimate accounts unlocked ?

I’ve provided the requested information but they keep sending me the same auto generated response saying “we were unable to verify your ownership of the MasterCard used” - and they’re asking me to send a new document again ...

They already have it daamn!

It’s insane !!!!!

The account cannot be linked to previous ones, I’m 1000% sure ..

They ask for a card statement that verifies my full name, address, last 4 digits of the MasterCard used & my phone nr.

I provided a statement , had written on it the missing information (even the email address) with a blue pen.
I have even highlighted the details requested to make them easily notice those information ... not working tho!!
