About Amazon account suspension by selling account
 

HI, 2 month ago, I sold my amazon account.

And buyer still did not change name or address information.
He says, if he changes all at once, suspension will happen, so he wants time.
But already 2 month, and 1 month ago he started to sell products, so it means he is using my name.
I am actually going to sue him, but anyway before suing him, is it really true that if we change all account information, account can get suspended?

So you sold him this means legally you cant do anything its was your call to sell your accohnt and he paid you,
Yes if any information you change on Amazon they will suspend the account and re verify the account this means if he goes through this route then point less

Yes, but that's on you. The funny part is you wanting to sue him.

BUt as I said, what he said is correct.

You should have gone about this in a totally different way.

Reach out to him and try to make some kind of deal

You could probably figure out a way to get the account closed otherwise

If the account is in your name its your account. Call Amazon and tell them it's been hacked and you want the log in details resetting.
