Did I do enough?

I have stealth accounts I use for Amazon and Amazon that I ran on my laptop. My laptop is toast so I wanted to use my better pc, the problem is I was terminated from the platforms on this pc a few years ago. Would the following steps be enough to ensure I won’t be linked or am I stuck with buying a new pc?

New house
New ISP
New router
Multiple factory resets
Changing browser

1 factor reset is enough just delete all the partitions and start fresh

you'll need new info besides your new setup

I am already running accounts so all the personal information stuff has been taken care of. I’m purely worried about the computer and equipment.
