Amazon suspended as soon as I sign up!
 
So I recently opened a pro seller store.
Then August 26th I got hit with this shortly after: https://prnt.sc/uicibp
I just moved to my new house so I don't have any gas bills or anything till October so I called and they said a bank statement would be fine as long as I explain the reasoning. How ever its 9/16 and I have yet to heard from the seller performance team. They have no number. Customer support says its a team internally that No one can get in contact with and I just have to wait which is actually quite frustrating as Q4 is rolling in. Any tips??

Verification is taking ages at the moment. If you message them again you go to the bottom of the list. Just have to ride it out.

What counts as messaging them. calling? email?
Finally, Does submitting additional documentation count as messaging them?
Do you think they will accept my bank statesmen given the scenario?

They haven't even responded. There is an option for me to submit additional info but they aren't even responding

Submit additional information and explain that you spoke with someone that said a bank statement was fine as you just moved and don't have a bill etc

They dont accept bank statements this is told by seller support which are useless and always give wrong info

You have to provide them bill no matter what

These days verification team taking longer to reply

Increased security likely for Q4 is pretty routine every year

Becomes significantly hard to get shops verified without additional information

Personally we are seeing very low pass rates over the last 3-4 weeks

There are accounts made that where ALL legitimate documents and cards were used.

I sh*t you not, they still did not verify.

First they verified (they have new UI where it says you to sellercentral.amazon.com)

After clicking open European marketplace

They then deactivated and said "Account is under review" and press appeal to upload documents

Q1) Do you feel they are having serious issues with bots over there?

Q2) Are you getting all these account under review messages

Q3) SO many of them have messages that say ""Please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file, and provide the requested document(s) in .pdf, .png, .jpeg, or .gif format." but they do not ask which documents to upload

Yes they may ask for docs again , it really depends case by case.

Best thing is to have all documents ready so you are ready to submit them.

Q4 is quite tough for verification.
