Misspelled address in Amazon seller account, what should I do next?

Hello,

I've read the Amazon Ghost book, but can't find the answer to my problem.

Here is how the things go.
I was in the proccess Amazon seller account registration and I found out my misspelled my address.

Should be township, but I misspelled townoship.

What should I do?
I have already submitted my seller information (business address, display name, legal name, cellphone number)
Now I'm on the third step of billing and deposit, but haven't submitted any info here.

Now I feel I'm left with two options
1. keep submitting and complete the registration proccess.
2. change my email, cellphone number, legal name, display name, computer, internet connection.

Should keep submitting info and just ignore the misspelled address then edit later, but I'm afraid Amazon won't verify my identity because of the misspelled address.

I wrote a couple of emails to SIV team, they said they can't change my misspelled address in SIV and they suggest me to change my email and register again. I asked them will this lead to related account issue, they just said change my cellphone and email that is enough.

My previous expreience dealing the SIV team taught me that their suggestions are not always correct.

Sorry for the long story, can anyone tell me what is the safest way to do?

You should be able to hit back and edit the page where you misspelled the address

I have the same problem. It's useless to register another account, because you will be linked. Amazon does not give you a chance to change.

No chance to change. I have the same problem. they don't give you chance to change. And if you register another account, you will be linked.

Too bad, so basically there are only two options left for me

Option 1: I change my company name, email, cellphone. As these are the only infos I entered so far.

but my concern is that the amazon bot will think my misspelled address is linked to my correct address, after all it has only one character difference.

Option 2: I change nothing and keep on registering for my account

but it may lead to verification problem.

So how do you solve the problem Vielex? Please share your insight, thank you.

Will need to create linkfree accounts with ghost principles + forum updated info - AZ is a rough platform

Send an email to seller verification and ask for the details to he changed they should let you change them on seller central after. However response times at the moment are very slow.

What were you emailing them about and how long did it take for them to respond to you?
