Big upset, my buyer account was closed
Hello, a long time ago I acquired the ebay amazon guide for seller accounts, but today I come to inquire about my Amazon USA buyer account, I accepted some amazon gift cards to a person, it was not a large amount, $100, and a month Later, when I was about to spend the balance, and Amazon canceled the purchase, they withheld the money for violation of the giftcard terms and today they blocked my account with $1000 of balance, but $900 was the gift card balance that I received normal directly from Amazon, the another $100 are the ones that I suspect were wrong because they gave me the codes outside of amazon, my buyer account was legal, my real data, my real card, but I never thought they could screw me for a simple gift card. I wanted to know if there is a way to recover an account like this, it is my personal, legal account, with true data. Or at least get my money back from the gift cards that had no problem. Can you help me? What procedure should I start? Greetings. |
