Can't Edit Listings or Add an Item. Am I low-key suspended?
 
I've been messaging Amazon back and forth for 3 weeks on the issue and they don't seem to have a clue what's going on. When I click "edit" on anything in my inventory, it takes me to a screen that says, " an error occurred when we tried to process your request we apologize for the inconvenience rest assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible please try again or later time".
I get the same message anytime I try to list a new item as well. They keep telling me that the problem is fixed, but it is not. I can change the quantity and the price from my inventory page, but other than that I cannot edit or list items. anyone dealt with this before?

Check your seller central home page, if it says reactivate, then its suspended

Any other issues should resolve itself in 1-3 days, sometimes there are glitches

Considering that it's been going on for nearly a month, I would have noticed if Seller Central shows that my account is deactivated. Also, 1-3 days obviously doesn't apply either

Is this your own asin or did you hijack someone else's?

It's for everything. I can search for something, click "Sell on Amazon". It starts to load the next page, but then gives the error. Or I can go to any item in my inventory and click "Edit" and the same thing will happen.

Maybe you guys think I'm lying when I say, "Different browser, different computer, different internet connection...". LoL Either way, I just logged in and it is working now. Maybe they fixed something on their end. Who knows
