Amazon Suspension due to linked accounts
Posted on wrong discussion early so apologies for the repost......
Good evening folks, after purchasing a dozen stealth accounts on here for EBay I decided once again to try my hand at opening an Amazon seller account.
Back story, I tried to open an account a couple years ago and was immediately suspended for linked accounts. I had a buyer account and used the same email for my seller account. I went back and forth with seller support trying to explain I didn’t have 2 seller accounts and eventually gave up. I tried again with a new email account (this was way before I understood how linking of accounts worked) and was immediately suspended again.
Fast forward to last month and my wife created an account. Verified through Drivers License and utility bill no problems, we sent in a few hundreds used books to sell and over a couple weeks sold 5-6 books.
Last week our account was suspended for linked accounts. I’ve spoken with seller support who verified a few email accounts I had that were used to try and create the stores years ago. I created a POA explaining what happened. Fell on the sword, pleaded for mercy, explained how we now better understand policy, Blah blah blah.
It’s only been 3 days but nothing back from them. This may very well be too much for Amazon to want to deal with especially around the holidays, so wondering your thoughts on the possibility of digging ourselves out of this mess, or wait till next hear and attempt a stealth.
Appreciate any and all recommendations.
