Amazon accepted the Counter-Notice but we still get suspended for those marks.

I get false DMCA notices and filled counter-notice.
Got those listing restored.

My account still gets suspended due to those false reports.

My question is, how we can avoid our account health affected by those false reports after we restore the listing?
