I'm planning to get a LLC for Amazon Stealth account and wondering what's the costs.

- How much does it cost on average to register a LLC as foreigner?

- Amazon asks for personal name and business name upon registration, so I also need to somehow get fictional ID for this the fictional personal name for verification right?

-obviously this name and the LLC's owner name(real name) would not match, what' the solution for that?

That is something that you have to figure out on your own. The name registering for the account must match the LLC records. Every state in the US has different requirements for creating an LLC and some don't require any sort of documentation to prove the identity of the person who actually owns the LLC.
