Dealing with false infringement claims
 

Does anyone here know or give advice on how to deal with repeated false infringement claims?

I am a brand reg PL seller, and we have all the copyrights to our product. But someone keeps making false infringement claims. I will get an IP notice, the ASIN gets blocked but then I get it reinstated by doing a counter-notice, only for the attacker to do the same again a few days later using different false info.

Hello, I would like to speak to the moderator about the service with one of the members that we paid over 4 months ago & have not been responding.

Would appreciate you help as now we are frustrated.
