Deactivated:3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement
 
My credit card needed updating as it expired. this is a business account with a LTD company.

I updated the card to Wise debit card - business - shows verified.
My withdrawals come to a Wise business account and it still shows verified.

An hour later get the:
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement.

All performance is 100%.

they haven't listed anything they want from me, so I sent them everything. then I got this:

Any ideas what its about, is it the card? what's the actual G1791 link to?

Any help appreciated, I have £11,000 still waiting to come to me.

You mean wise bank card or bank account?
Wise card is virtual avoid it, this is what it trigger, you should have appeal button, appeal it

As mentioned above, the Wise card will not work for the required charge method.

Should be an easy one to resolve if that's all you're 'guilty' of.

I changed the card today back to my credit card. They never gave me a list of things they wanted but I have now uploaded my ID, credit card statement as proof of address and company incorporation certificate.

Not heard anything back.

I did add the Wise statement the first time before changing the card to the credit card but they just sent the standard reply within an hour.

My account health is perfect, Everything is 100% on point, no cases, no late delivery nothing.

Avoid sending them documents or contacting them again and again you have limited chances untill they stop responding you

I did the first one asking for information as they sent nothing.

Second was the wise bank statement

Third was the updated credit card.

Now not had a reply for a few hours, the others were within an hour.

What do they do just never reply at all?

Is there a way if I don't receive a reply in a week?

If you know the issue is with the bank, and it was flagged after adding your card

Your best chances of reinstatement is providing a statement for the card you added, and make sure that statement shows the name/address match with your amazon shop

In the future do a aspkin forum search for the card/bank you plan on adding to see if others have issues to avoid using. Your particular car does have issues that others have reported

i am having the same problem. I made a credit card change in my UK account and my account was closed. I sent information such as card statement, passport, but I still get a response as insufficient information. did you solve the problem

I am having the same issue only my account got reinstated after sending bank statements, but once amazon charged the 39.99 amazon fee, my account was deactivated again and my utility bills have been getting rejected.
