Product Policy Violations Account Suspension
 

Hello. Anyone know if amazon will suspend my newish stealth seller account ($3k in sales history) if I have ~10-15 product policy violations soon? I have read they just block the product but not sure what they do for a new account. Thanks!

If its counterfeit complaints then funds and stock they will not release

That sounds like more violations than normal, maybe an alternative better option is picking different products to sell that cause less issues

It wouldn't be counterfeit complaints. Just product recall. Do they actually suspend the account or do they just hold funds and inventory?

I would say to aviod the account suspension, you better remove all the listing and let the account sits still for 6 months then these miscompliances will be removed automatically. Then you can have a fresh start again

Thanks good tip. You think amazon will suspend the account now or will it just be in poor health status for the 6 months? These are just product recalls so they aren't tos violations or anything like that.

You almost don't know what Amazon will do.

But with that much of a violation in the performance health you could lose your seller account in worst case.

Have you gotten these emails that says improve or they'll kill your seller account?

The issue hasn't actually happened yet - I have some products in stock that may or may not become part of a recall so I'm just trying to assess my risk beforehand. Haven't received any emails from amazon about it yet. That's annoying that we can't determine what amazon will do!
