My Amazon account was suspended for no reason ?

Hello guys
I was trying to start my amazon sellers account a year ago or something like that and I was getting charged the monthly charge but never sold anything. Then one day I decided to log in and it said my account was suspended ?

I never sold anything though? How can I get it back active ? I have screenshoted what it is telling me take a look at the images.

hi dear, amazon never suspend any account without any sold reason. you need to check out amazon notifications on your account.

If you had a pro and left it inactive, its likely because you didn't pay your fees in time and it got downgraded to individual

This will cause a suspension until you pay your balance, and you may also have to verify the account again

I doubt I have the email anymore, where do I check notifications on amazon I have never done this ?

I think it was next security layer, I'm sure that they are asking for address verification, such as utility bill. Try to send your local bill, and they are can give you access to sell again
