Will Amazon Suspend my Account?
 

Hello,

I have a citizenship of Turkey but live in US as a student. I created an amazon fba seller account like 18 months ago. I created the account to my name. Sent my visa documents to Amazon. So they did not want SSN from me. I dont have any company. And recently, I started to making 500-1000 dollars per month after fba fees and other fees. I never paid any taxes. But now im thinking to create a company in US. And register the company to my amazon account. Because i want pay taxes and keep my account alive for a suspension danger.

Will my account get suspend in this process or Will my listings get closed?
I talked with Amazon multiple times. They all say different things.

I would be really appreciated for your helps. Thank you in advance.

Good that you're paying the taxes and good that you do NOT trust these amazon reps.
They are BOTS, don't ever listen to them.

I think it's a good idea to turn it into a business and you'll have an EIN , biz name etc.

500-1000/mo is on the low end so you'll be fine too.

If account is solid you will allow to sell, but soon they reject your document for any reason they will remove selling privilege

Try to get some backup accounts going as well - if you can

You should have no issues registering some kind of LLC and adding it to your own shop
