Amazon Account Blocked Banned Terminated Hidden & Ghosted
 

Any one had luck recovering funds from accounts that cant log in anymore. Hence they were given the worst kind of block.

Story time: I bought 2 stealth accounts back in the day when they were easy and cheap to make. I earned thousands on both account before suddenly they both randomly stopped letting me log in. Reset of the password didn't do any help. The only proof I that I sold thousands is the confirmation emails received when I make a sell. Thoughts...?

Account is dead and your funds are gone.

This is not a thought, this is what happens and will keep happening in this situation.

Whether you're able to retrieve funds or not on a blocked account depends entirely on the reason the shop was blocked

Did you have a suspension / product issue?

I think that account was linked to another or even multiple. Thats the only assumption because I bought two accounts from the same seller and both went down around the same time.

If both account from the same seller went down and you know it's from linking, then that seller didn't do a good job making the accounts or they just don't give a damn.

Also usually they'll tell you if your account has been linked.

Linked accounts can usually get funds withdrawn after the 90 or 180 days can't recall

Typically suspension around product quality / fraud is when funds are perm lost

even with fraud u can drag them to court (i did) they never have proof for fraud and they always are ordered to pay.

Even Account Access deleted means NOT you give them a free donation (is that why they became so powerful?)

Try it first BBB then Attorny General (WA) then Small Claims Court. Dont give up

I'm interested in this, can you share more details about your case. I've heard about taking paypal to court, and getting money back from AUP, but I never heard of any amazon small court claims or even using the BBB for a amazon response. I'm curious to know more.

i went into review with amazon, they wouldnt reply to any emails after a month i had enough i made a complain with the BBB in Seattle and the AG in WA-State, saying even with tracking ids etc they withhold my funds for a month, 1 week later some magic email arrived in my inbox "we reinstated your account" the hold on your funds has been removed.

The reply came from: AGCase@amazon.com

This is good advice. Persistence is the key. Recovered funds on accounts that were beyond help according to 'experts'.

Well it's been about 5-6 years since my amazon funds have been stolen, Do you think I still have a shot.? and another good questions is how do you file a complaint with your AG or in small claims court if the account is a stealth account? My accounts being stealth accounts is what always deterred me from taking it to court.

for AG, i had a case, Amazon dragged it for 5 years (got even a federal court order to freeze my account, so the freeze was lifted) then close to 5 years later the funds still on hold. I informed the AG (all of this was stealth btw). a) EMAIL is: XXXX, Amazon account info is this. My name is: REAL NAME. Amazon dont release the funds, i need assistance.

AG always told me their "channel" is all up to the Company if i dont bring it to court. if they have a good will, they usually pay.

Which in that case took 3-4 weeks and i got a deposit of the full amount (4000 usd) in my account.

Those cases are public at the AG Database and i guess amazon try to avoid too much negative PR.

So when filing in court or with the attorney general , you give them two names? Your legal information, and the information on the stealth account. So for example say the stealth account name is John Doe but your name on your state ID is Michael Smith. Do you file the case as Michael Smith while mentioning the name on the account is John Doe?
