Amazon always refuse legit card billing statements, with the correct details on it such as name, address, and card number all matching amazon registration details.
I found on a number of occasions if you keep resubmitting, and emailing they will eventually accept it.
Other than that if they refuse, they then close the account after repeated attempts (happened to me recently).
Just dump the account, create another.
I believe amazon triggers a flag for new buyer accounts on various reasons, anyone care to provide some input here?
I have a slight inkling they verify your name when they do the pre-auth charge to verify your card when added. (not billing address since this would make no sense as people change address all time). Except this is not true all the time since you CAN buy using card and account name mismatch.
