Amazon account temporarily on hold
 

So my buyer account got placed on hold due to unusual payment activity. I placed 5 order on that account in 30 minute period and after that I received the email.
Due to that, I am not able to login into my seller account too.

Now when I login into buyer account, Amazon is asking for a billing statement to verify the billing address.
The issue is, I provided the stealth account address as the billing address and the address in statement is the same address as another stealth account.

So now if I provide the statement, will both of my stealth accounts get linked?
Should I just not provide the statement and try to gain login access to my seller account in some way like saying I did not make those purchases on the buyer account?

Also, the seller account is active, and the listings are still live, but I am not able to login and having error message saying - account locked as a precaution due to suspicious activity.

Any help would be appreciated.

So you have 2 accounts one buy and one seller. Buyer ACC got banned then they linked the seller account, correct?

I have 2 seller accounts - A & B

Buyer account of A got on hold

I provided billing address as same address on account A

The address on billing statement is same as the seller account B

So now if I provide billing statement, is there a risk of getting seller accounts A and B linked?

At this point you can only give them what they ask.

And in the future you need to really separate each amazon accounts.

I don't even use more than 1 ACC on 1 computer.

I see. So the only way to get access to Seller A would be to provide them the statement and hope that seller account A and B are not linked.

Correct gotta give them exactly what they are requesting

In the future avoid re-using any same information on multiple shops
