I have one account that went down for copyright protected images. They held all my inventory for over one year, asking for invoices. I ended up sending thousands of invoices for every single SKU and after many months of back and forth and them accepting some and not others, eventually I won and they released all my FBA inventory.
The account however remains "deactivated" and all my attempts to appeal have failed, they are still asking for the usual "more details of the root cause" and more details on plan of action and etc etc. Josh tried helping me from here and still nothing. Long story short, they are holding around $25K of my money.
I tried the usual route of sending emails to "appealsfbainventory" email address or whatever it was, and they take weeks "investigating" and every time say they can't release funds, even after I show them that all my inventory was released and Amazon already agreed that I have legit case obviously.
Finally now they say that the only way they would release the cash is if I do a video verification. It's a stealth account on someone's name, no LLC or anything, the person is from the Netherlands. I have nothing on them, no ID nothing.
Any ideas on the possibility of trying to get a creative ID and pass video verification? Or show some kind of LLC on which we are together and I am a partner of? Or letter that he sold the account to me? Anything at all that could be done to get my cash out? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
