Account reinstated and funds released, but I still cant disburse... SMH!
 

Account got reinstated and notification of funds have been released, but I still cant disburse... SMH! Its been about 5 days since reinstatement. No one from seller support or AHS can give me a straight answer. They've submitted an internal ticket and escalated, but no ETA.. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you see also the funds available to the next disbourment date?Amazon USA should be every 15 days not sure if for all accounts

It may release on the next 15 day cycle, I have that happen before.

new cycle has started today, funds are still in reserve. no update from AHS or Seller support. this is crazy, my account is active and selling so my balance is growing as it's being held hostage.

Probably is not ,I hope but they are doing the same when don't pay and not answer ,happened already

chargeback can come in 180- days,but sales venues whether Ebay or AMZN seldom withhold that long.
usually 30-60 days

stop sending more tickets.
They probably have a long list of accounts to review or/and short on staff.
Or what you sell are high risk high priced items prone to disputes/chargebacks/returns.

why not pause selling until they release the fund,ifyou need the money to pay your cc balance?

All of my accounts are active again. My largest account im still waiting on the funds for. Tomorrow will be the 14th day since the reinstatement. Fingers crossed guys.

Day 15, still no funds after the reinstatement. Account is selling again, but the balance grows.. as well as the credit card debt. Sent numerous tickets, spoke to AHS... they said the payments team has yet to take action on it. big wtf...

They reserved the funds ? .should be a notification when you click on it

Your selling account review has been completed. We removed the hold on funds in your account and reactivated your seller-fulfilled offers. The available balance will be disbursed on your next scheduled settlement date.
