seller account access blocked
 

My seller account is blocked access. I can still see orders being sold but I cann't log in to confirm. All orders ended up cancellation. The block was due to the closure of my buyer account ( high GC usage). I am giving up on my buyer account. Any possibility the seller account can be released?

2. If you can't even login, most likely your account is toast.

what was the suspension email you got?

yes, in the US. It was never suspended. I can still see my listings and my FBA is still selling and payment deposited into my account. I just cann't log in due to "suspecious activity" as my buyer account is linked to seller account and my buyer account is closed due to high gc usages. My seller is account now is like a ghost account. It basically sells by itself but I cann't control it.

Yea, you'd wanna be careful and try to get all your $ and inventory to a minimum on your selling account. ,

It's too risky that it's linked to a suspended buyer account at this point. You don't wanna lose everything.

Do you have a back up amazon ghost account?

I don't have a back up seller acount. How can I get one? Will it be linked to the existing account. The thing is my current seller account still sells but I cann't find anyone within Amaozn to release it as it is linked to a closed buyer account.

Did you use GC to buy and have the goods sent to FBA?

One advice for future always register your seller and buyer on separate emails. If they both on same email then 1 does = all dies

The only way (unless you can get your buyer account back) is to hire an appeal service. The services I talked to had experience with similar situations and got results.

1. start with amazon ghost make your own ACC

2. you can also buy accounts from the sellers in the forum's marketplace.

You can get the account back. I got mine back in a similar situation. Check older posts. I really suggest working on getting the buyer account back if possible. Seller support will just tell you to go to customer support. They literally cannot do anything. If you want to go the seller account route then you will need to get in touch with amazon executives. Unless you have those email addresses and know how to write to them I highly suggest contacting an appeal service. They are all over google. All very similar but the more expensive ones will cater. I talked to many. The issue you are dealing with is not uncommon
