Is it possible to reactivate Amazon account?

You have been found to be related to an account beginning with ...

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination.

How likely to reactivate my account if I provide an agreement? Thank you!

If the agreement is real, it is most likely that if you do it you will get it back.
but:
If you send someone to make a false document, you have only one problem, you must present that document that looks real, printed on paper with a stamp

Dont bother, they will suspend you afterwards.

If you have been linked to a suspended account then the chances of getting your current one re-instated are effectively zero, maybe not even that good.

I assume you would be fabricating an agreement anyway, which will never pass Amazon scrutiny.

Why they're asking for more documentation and toying with the evidence?

you can get linked accounts back. We have done it many of times. The issue lies in knowing where the link came form, and then demonstrating that you no longer have any association with the linked store.

The chances of getting the account back are next to zero.

In any event, OP knows what the link is. You are also wrong to say that you only need to demonstrate that you no longer have a link to the suspended account. In fact, you need to prove you were not associated with the account when it was suspended.

If they plan on submitting fabricated paperwork then that simply will not work. Indeed, I suspect that even if they could supply legitimate papers then the chances of recovering their current account are incredibly slim. As we all know with Amazon, they will look for any reason to suspend you applying their 'there's no smoke without fire' approach.

Lets not forget they've already submitted an appeal which failed and they can no longer back-track on.

IMO the account is dead. Time to start planning for a new one.

No. But I guess you could be the first.

In reality, I'm assuming you were still connected to the suspended account when you opened the new one.

Your only chance was to get it right with your first submission, given that has failed your second submission wouldn't change a thing.

Do no pay anyone who claims they can get your account back, they can't and are hoping you get desperate and fall for their false promises.

Amazon still has access to information to previous account owners. People think because they change names on the account, it means the backend details change. It doesn't, they can still see the first owners and any person name who ever been entered on that account. If you are linked and its not to an account that you have purchased from someone else , your screwed if you try to upload a false agreement. They will read the name on the agreement and match the details of the company and timeline to your account.
