I sent appeal 3 weeks ago and Amazon does not response
 

Please someone help me, I sent an appeal to these addresses 3 weeks ago and Amazon till today does not reply back... do you have other email address where to send an appeal please?

Have you tried calling?
Have you been suspended before,AMZN is tired of dealing with repeated offenders.

There are other posts on the forum with more addresses - Seller central used to be decent with calling but not sure how it is these days

You can go thru AMZN discussion,it was posted a few days ago.

Appeals need to be made through the 'Account Performance' portal. 'Upload new info' and all that.

IMO, firing of emails to random addresses makes matters worse. Stick to the correct procedure however frustrating it might be.

There is no rule which said a company must respond to repeat offender.
