Amazon Account Deactivated- Help?!
 
My Amazon account got deactivated on Saturday due to it being linked to my original Amazon account.

this is the email:

Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Funds will be withheld for 30 days, but this period may be extended due to circumstances of your account. For more information, please review the Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...RA9LYBJ3QP27M6. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account ________ which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the _________ Selling account to sell on Amazon.com.

I don't know how they did it.

This is what I had set up for that account that got deactivated.

Fresh Proxy ( Proxy-Sale), Fresh Bank Account ( Citibank)
Fresh Phone Number (Dialpad), PO Box through Ipostal Mail ( for returns)

My address from the Original account is no where on the account.
My name from the Original account is no where on the account.

The account that got banned is not in my name
The account also passed US Consumer's Act

Deposit Method: The account had my bank information with the Amazon account holder name as my own ( not my name).. Also the bank account is verified.

Charge Method on File: Fresh Debit Mastercard from the bank account, with the card holder's name filled in on Amazon, not my name.

Billing address on the debit card was an address near my address, not my actual address.

Now of course I've been given the 3 options to appeal

Please read all the answer options and choose the most applicable one.

I recognize the other account, and it belongs to me.

I recognize the other account, but it does not belong to me.

I do not recognize the other account.


I have another account ready to go but I'm afraid to start the process of getting all the accounts, numbers, proxies, etc if its just going to get linked to any of my other accounts.

Can anyone shed some light on how they linked me? Can someone take a few minutes of their time to help me so it doesn't happen again, or tell me what I did wrong to avoid it happening again?

did you use a different physical computer?

were you selling the same items?

I was not using a different physical computer - does that make a difference?

I was using a program called Adspower Browser and a new proxy from Proxy-Sale

I was selling some of the same items, but also a lot of items that was not being sold on the other account.

amazon can identify a windows computer , you can only prevent it by either using another computer or reinstalling windows on the same computer

were you able to resolve this?,

I got hit with similar suspension, they linked my US marketplace (only marketplace I was selling on since 2021) to the UK marketplace within the same account. The UK marketplace was never used, never sold anything, no bank account added. Apparently it was created and suspended the very next day (I called them, they gave me this info) and so was not fully verified.

Now I have to verify it , they are asking submit utility bills or business license before I can ask for the US marketplace to be re-activated again. US marketplace was fully function before this suspension.

Thing is, I don't have utility bill or ID for this account as I purchased it back in 2021 from a user on this forum. Any suggestions on how to get out of this mess?

Used PCs are dirt cheap,buy a new PC
