Amazon ban and funds blocked
Dear friends, i just received an info that my amazon account has been set as fraudulent and that they will block the funds. I have bit over 5k on it left, can anyone help out, how to get the money out ? They have blocked it and they´re not releasing the funds. |

if the account is made on real detail's you can appeal them and get your funds disbursed, if the final decision is made i know a guy who can do disbursements but charges some percentage of the amount is being disbursed.

Fraudulent suspension? Unfortunately that money is gone...
Unless you really didn't do anything wrong, you can try fighting it but you have to prove that you're innocent. |

if you have sold items which will come back and BITE Amzn in the ass,it will keep your money to protect itself in case of penalty,punishment,lawsuits |

have you appealed this until they have told you no more appeals? If you have the invoices and everything, there are companies that can assist in appealing and getting your account reinstated. |

| in order to get the money back you go to an attorney , they send a letter to amazon demanding release of funds
if they do not react you can take them to a local court , they are a large company , it is possible they will completely ignore you and the court |

This all depends in which country the account is registered in as Amazon have to abide with their laws, which may mean that they surrender the money to the state and then you have to pursue the state the money is yours. UK and Europeans countries have greater protection and can get it easier. |

| This is Amazon, they don't care and will not represent themselves in all court levels.
I know you're speaking metaphorically but I'll wager the number of cases they've had against them that reach court is very small.
I know in the UK they almost never represent themselves in Small Claims Court cases, it's just not financially viable for them to do so. Just let the Court decide and run with the decision. Hey, in the majority of cases they probably know they're in the wrong so why fight it and draw attention to their questionable practices? |

| there were such cases , with amazon and paypal too , they were just ignoring all this. paypal are also known for offering out of court settlement under the condition the complainant sign a non disclosure agreement |
