Amazon deactivated section 3
 

Hello first they ask me for video verification i did then they sent me email for asking invoice i provided after thay account been deactivate section 3 i give them proof picture of goods labels evrything on my name invoices etc and still rejected . It's uk market. Anyone had that issue and sorted?

what is an unverifiable supplier?
are you selling counterfeits,if so,they would have to destroy your merchandise,.
If someone reports you,law enforcement will move in and do so.

I don't know what means as I sent them invoice and proofs still not accept supplier, good health score over 200 no refunds, complains or ip.

you need to get invoices from places known to amazon , section 3 means here suspension for selling counterfeits

Sales venues such as Ebay and AMZN are known to buy from you,examine it .to see if it is counterfeit,does not complain or leave feedback.

do not confuse people , they do not investigate much and most certainly they do not buy. all these counterfeit suspensions are based on assumptions

for example they sent an email saying that they will not return the FBA inventory but if legal action would be taken they would give in immediately because they have zero proof

in fact they have nothing to go to court with , they can not go to court and tell the judge they suspended the guy for counterfeits because other guys were selling counterfeits of these items in the past. they do not have proof for those guys either but it is a hunch so they keep a potentially expensive inventory and sell it putting the money into their own pocket and tell the guy that it was destroyed

although amazon are known for not appearing at court in the first place so probably there would be a default judgement

if they decide to release your inventory after investigation-
if the AMZN account is suspended,and one still have ample inventory with AMZN,it is the seller responsibility to recall them or dispose them,I doubt the seller could sell them elsewhere and ask AMZN to do the shipping.
The best she could do is to send some freight company to pick up the remaining inventory and send it back to her or to another warehouse
Law enforcement offices are never afraid of destroying merchandise ,it happens every day at Amsterdam ports where container loads of counterfeits are crushed and shredded
in the open.
AMZN is a billions dollars company,it does not have to go after a small third party seller dubious merchandise to turn a profit,please give me a break OR have you turned your brain into MUSH

that's right - and it takes cost and effort to do so - the term "under investigation" is not to be taken that literally most of the time ...

multi billion dollar company that does not even want to employ proper customer support , I am sure they calculate their profits not just by total value but also by value in different areas

thats why they prefer large thrid party sellers,and not waste time on small sellers like us,the math just does not work out.
Large third party sellers have their own customer service dept to handle complaints,they have the purchasing dept to source from legit vendors,they can afford to take a few hits .
AMZN put up with us as we create traffic and generate advertising dollars for them.

Beauty category my account its 3 4y old, lot seller I've spoken to complains they like provided all docs and amazon still rejecting...

Considering beauty is a very high risk category it's similar to health products. So imagine that.

But if you have good invoices and proof I wouldn't give up and hopefully you get a good rep to really consider you

Sales venues do buy and examine the items,I used to sell ivory like figurines,Ebay does not allow elephant ivory ,someone bought one and removed the listing,she does not know how to tell what is elephant ivory,mammoth ivory and material which is mixed cow bones plus chemicals.
Brand names are also known to buy,eg Meissen a German porcelain company,others like LEICA,Tiffany,Prada as well.
In fact Tiffany took Ebay to court for false advertising as it allows many CHinese/Asian sellers sell counterfeit Tiffany items.
Cosmetics and perfume are very easy to counterfeit.
If AMZN said they are not returning your inventory as they are countefeit,they would have to destroy them
