what is the best primary phone to use for amazon?

i will be using google voice as the backup number but i need a primary number

any apps that will keep number alive?

went to walmart got a tracphone for 19.99 and a 90 day pass for 19.99

Any prepaid phones found in store will work most of the time.

Iphone/Samsung app called hushed is good as they have lots of options
