New Amazon Account - Need help on Tax Infor
 

Greetings,

I want to open new Amazon account. I have asked around, but still dont understand which Tax Infor Interview to fill out from Amazon account.

Let say I registered the EIN with LLC Partner from IRS like this:
BEAUTY STORE
John Peter GEN PTR
20000 Baltimore Avenue
Rockville, MD 20000

1. What do I put in the section of "Name (as shown on your income tax return)"
2. What do I put in the section of "Signature (Type your full name)"

I can't use my name "John Peter" again from my old suspend account, but can't lie to IRS the name when registering EIN #.
Even I buy the Amazon Ghost from Elmo Seller, I still can't let Amazon know this name "John Peter" again as well as signing my name at the end.

Please advice. Thank you

If you registered Beauty Store LLC

The name would be Beauty Store LLC, which would match with the documentation

So I think you should put your LLC name in the name section and signature.

Good luck getting an answer to this question. I have a thread going on the subject as well, but I am still sitting around wondering what to do. People act like everyone doesn't have to sign the same form. I'm scared to sign a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name on a tax document for the IRS, but I'd feel dumb signing my real name on a stealth account. Hopefully we get an answer soon

When you create an account sign W8-BEN in the tax interview that you are not a US citizen and you shouldnt have these issues. If you decide to collect and remit sales tax for particular states then you can just enter your EIN for the tax collection page in your Amazon account. I've done this with many accounts and had no issues.

How do you get past the Identity Verification on the next part of setting up the process? It's asking for a passport number, and I've read that after that it requests a utility bill and bank statement.
