Amazon app on a new phone

I had an old amazon account thats now suspended, I used to use the iphone amazon app on that one. My question is if i I have a new phone (Same phone number) and re-download the app should i be fine with my new account?

Just to clarify do you mean that it probably wont be an issue or probably will be an issue

If its a new device and you don't add your phone # to the amazon shop in anyway, they have no way of linking you

Unless you are using the same home WiFi IP etc
