Multiple Amazon Buyer Accounts

Hi, I want to create multiple Amazon Buyer accounts in US.
Does amazon use the same tracking methods as for Seller accounts, which are covered in Ghost Guide?
Do you think I should have a Dedicated IP for each account or can I log into the account using different IP's everytime?
with Dedicated IP's it gets really expenisve, as I would need few hundreds of them

unique IP for each shop yes, virtual machines vmware / virtualbox per shop etc

You can get cheap residential IP address proxies, but the quality is far way better than the datacenter IPs.

Where do you get those IP'S?

Residential Ip is most expensive service I've ever seen.. haha

Use only dedicated IPs. Log into each account with one IP only. If you keep switching IPs your accounts will get banned.

what if someone uses his account on 4G mobile connection!
i dont think changing ip will get you banned unless changing location really fast and far away?!
